I’ve been a Wild Fire fan for a while. I love this duo because of how indie they are. Doing crowdfunding to get their music out there, allowing fans to pre-purchase albums and get some cool perks like signed CD’s, stage worn clothing or a producer title. For fans like me, who like to support musical artists and get signed merch early, it’s perfect. Wild Fire’s seventh studio album (Everything I Never Said) is now available on their website with an 8X10, both limited-editions and autographed.
Everything I Never Said is a mix of new, old and reimagined songs. I’m glad their four new songs continue their pop sound. These songs have all the phases of love and the unspoken feelings left in their wake. The next six songs are Wild Fire’s greatest relationship drama hits from their last four albums, bringing this album together. It’s a revisit for fans and a sample of what Wild Fire delivers.
In my gay opinion, the “Does She Know” and “What’s The Point” Alternate Mixes are the stars on Everything I Never Said. The original versions are great but these mixes take Wild Fire in a whole new dance direction and I am living for it. Perhaps a Wild Fires On The Dance Floor album is next…they can feel free to use that title. I picture an album cover with the sisters on a dance floor under a disco ball as buff firemen in stages of undress dance behind them…ooops, sorry, I was in my Happy Place again.
